Coming from a multi-racial society here in Singapore, I feel that I’m in a priviledged position to share about all things natural or herbal. I’ve been exposed to the Indian Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Traditional Malay Medicine.  For each of the medical system, there are associated herbs and therapies used since generations ago.  In addition, my mother-in-law was (passed away) a Caucasian who first introduced me to Natural Health a couple of years ago.  In recent times, I also got to know a couple of friends and practitioners in the natural healing field.

Natural remedies can include anything from herbs to natural therapies such as acupuncture or energy healing or even to using food to heal.  So the topics covered on this blog here are much broader and in smaller bites.

In my newsletter with tips on Herbal Home Remedies, however, I share more specifically about using herbs for health.  Each medical system of practice have their own herbs and herbal lore.  My only grouse is that I do not have enough time and means to write down everything I know.  In any case, for those who are interested in going herbal, you can more details here in my Herbal Home Remedies Newsletter!
