In fact, jasmine is used widely as a traditional remedy in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Indian Ayurvedic Medicine. Its main properties make it suitable as it as a relaxant for your nerves, an astringent, a sedative, an aphrodisiac, to increase milk flow, and as an analgesic.
